How do I place my order?

There are several ways in which you can order.

You can process your order from our website and send your logo/text to sales@promogifts.com.ng.
A member of our sales team will send over a formal invoice and visual sample. Simply approve your final invoice and visual sample, make payment and expect your delivery.
Or you can simply call our sales team on 08127711689 and they will arrange the order for you.

How will you personalise my selected products with my logo?

You will need to supply us with your artwork or text or logo.

This may be supplied to us by e-mail as a vector-based image (saved as curves / outlines) (Supplied as .eps / .pdf).

Full colour images can be supplied as a high resolution Jpg file and at the required print size or larger.

How can I be sure that my artwork will be printed as I expect it to look and at an appropriate size for the product it is intended for?

You will be sent an artwork proof / visual, showing your artwork in place on the product.

Do you have a catalogue?

We no longer print catalogues as we believe in being an eco-friendly company where possible. Our website is very comprehensive and is updated daily, alternatively if you do not see what you require then please call us, and we will do our best to find it for you.
